Before and After in one picture!

What a difference expert carpentry and a paint job make. Rick has spent months rebuilding the exterior porches and replacing clapboards. I've been busy painting and look at the contrast between old & new!

Rick is repairing a hole in the copper roof where once the hated cast iron plumbing pipe lived. It was smashed to bits awhile ago and new plumbing is scheduled in the next few weeks.
